Genesis - begin the begin; again and again, as long as it takes! Winners never quit; quitters never win; it's just not in them.

Ok, I've talked the talk, even walked the walk, but find once again I have stumbled into the ways of this fallen world.

Here I sit since 4 am regretting my ingestion choices of yesterday. And the previous 11 months. And the additional 80 pounds!

Prior to that, thanks to prayer, fasting and correct diet choices, I was nearing my ideal weight. Not only did I look better, I felt better about myself. Clarity of thought is the real payoff. Well no use to regret without reflecting on the path mistrod.

Unless we are willing to pick ourselves up once again, get back into the walk we have chosen, we are indeed defeated.

I know the Way, the Truth and the Life. He pointed the way, told us that some things only come from belief in Him, prayer AND fasting (not Break Fasting on eggs, pig and coffee :^) But like so many others I overdid the "fellowship" yesterday, first day of the week.

So indigestion is the result.

Why do I post this anyway? Well if misery likes company, so does success.

I'm inviting others who suffer from overeating and poor nutrition choices to join me at GROWNFOODS.COM. I'm also inviting some friends and making some new friends who can be an inspiration to us.

Come, join me in getting the most we can from this life. We are in this world to make choices. And learn from them, so that we have a hope for a better tomorrow and for the eons to come.

Blessings to those who eagerly desire them.

Love, Chris
